The modern technology has made life much easier and the innovation and inventions of new methods and scientific and medical equipments have lowered the risks involved in correction of disorders. Lasik surgery is a good example of technological advancement. The vision correction is taking up via LASIK surgery. It is true that the technology and equipments are more sophisticated; LASIK surgery risks have been minimized, but have not completely diminished.

There are some limitations also which you must be aware of. It is true that success rate is higher and most patients are pleased with the outcome of their surgeries; however, LASIK eye surgery is not guaranteed to restore perfect eyesight. You must also know that the patients with more severe sight impairment should anticipate less from the surgery. For them, LASIK is usually able to improve vision, but not necessarily perfect it. LASIK surgery risks cannot be completely outclassed; even they must be considered before you decide to undergo LASIK.
